Pakistan, Oct. 1 -- Pakistan remains in close contact with Somali authorities over the MT Honour 25 crew. Foreign Office spokesperson Sajjad Haider Khan said Pakistan seeks the safe return of surviving crew members. He also confirmed efforts to repatriate those who died.

Khan said five crew members lost their lives during the recovery operation. Three of those killed were Pakistani nationals, including Rafiullah Khan, Syed Kashif Umar and Mahmood Ahmed Ansari. Four other crew members, including three Pakistanis, suffered injuries.
