Pakistan, Sept. 8 -- Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said Pakistan is considering new administrative units instead of creating smaller provinces. He said the proposal remains under discussion within the ruling party. However, the party has not reached a formal consensus on the matter. Khawaja Asif said individual leaders have expressed different views about the proposal. He added that the party has not yet held a formal meeting to establish its position.
