Pakistan, Sept. 14 -- Pakistan has decided to accelerate cybersecurity measures as growing cyber warfare threats raise concerns about national security. The federal government has approved a 90-day Cybersecurity Strategic Action Plan to strengthen the country's digital defences.

The government has also directed provinces to speed up the establishment of Computer Emergency Response Teams. Authorities will also ensure implementation of the Pakistan Information Security Framework 2026.
