Pakistan, Aug. 6 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi in Amman on Wednesday to discuss the deteriorating situation in the occupied West Bank. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to regional peace, diplomacy, and stronger bilateral cooperation.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of a ministerial conference focused on the situation in occupied Jerusalem. According to Pakistan's Foreign Office, both ministers exchanged views on recent regional developments and stressed the importance of continued dialogue.
