Pakistan, May 24 -- Pakistan and thirteen other countries strongly condemned the opening of a so-called Somaliland embassy in occupied Jerusalem, describing the move as illegal, unacceptable and against international law. The joint statement reflected growing diplomatic opposition to actions that could alter the legal and historical status of occupied Palestinian territories and undermine internationally recognised agreements regarding Jerusalem.
