Pakistan, Oct. 1 -- A security guard was killed after part of an under-construction bridge collapsed in Karachi on Thursday. The structure forms part of the Red Line Bus Rapid Transit project near Bait-ul-Mukarram Mosque in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Rescue authorities said the victim was working as a security guard at the construction site. Officials have not yet identified the deceased.
