Pakistan, April 29 -- Authorities have revised school timings due to severe heat and changing weather conditions. The new schedule will be implemented from 3 May to 3 June. The decision aims to protect students from extreme daytime temperatures.

Under the revised timetable, all schools will start at 7 am. Different levels will have staggered closing times to manage student flow. Kindergarten classes will end at 12 pm, while primary classes will finish at 12:30 pm.

Preparatory and secondary classes will conclude at 12:45 pm under the new plan. Officials said the number of classes will remain unchanged. The adjustment is designed to reduce exposure to peak heat hours.
