Pakistan, April 27 -- In the wake of skyrocketing global fertilizer prices triggered by international conflicts, Pakistani experts are hailing a major stride in sustainable agriculture as Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture (MNSUA) Multan unveils an innovative, eco-friendly alternative to costly chemical fertilizers, turning natural waste and agricultural residues into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer. Agriculture expert Dr Wazir Ahmad, speaking to PTV on Sunday, explained that this organic fertilizer can be prepared within one month and is expected to reduce farming costs while enhancing crop yield and improving soil health.
