Pakistan, May 2 -- Pakistan and Azerbaijan have entered a new phase of cooperation as Airblue has launched direct flights between Lahore and Baku. The new air route marks an important step in strengthening travel and economic ties between the two countries. Officials described it as a milestone in bilateral relations.

The first flight from Lahore to Baku was warmly received upon arrival in Azerbaijan. A traditional water cannon salute was given to welcome the aircraft. The ceremony highlighted the significance of the new air connectivity between the two capitals.
