Pakistan, Sept. 28 -- At least 21 people have died after several days of heavy rain triggered floods and landslides across Nepal. Five people remain missing, while five others suffered injuries.

Prime Minister Balendra Shah said authorities continued search, rescue and relief operations. Medical teams treated the injured as officials arranged temporary shelters for affected communities.

Shah warned that the danger remained as heavy rain and strong winds continued across parts of the country. Authorities urged people near rivers and hills to stay cautious and avoid unnecessary travel.
