Pakistan, June 4 -- The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a weather alert for the next 12 to 24 hours, warning of rain, thunderstorms and hailstorms in several parts of Pakistan. Islamabad, multiple districts of Punjab and various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are expected to experience unstable weather conditions that could affect daily activities and transportation.
Meanwhile, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir are also likely to receive rain and thunderstorms, raising concerns about weather-related disruptions in mountainous regions. The NDMA cautioned that strong winds and hailstorms could damage weak buildings, temporary structures and other vulnerable installations across affected areas.
