Pakistan, June 21 -- National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Saturday said that a record saving of Rs5 billion in the National Assembly budget was achieved through the full cooperation of both government and opposition members of parliament, as well as the staff of the Assembly Secretariat. During the National Assembly session, the Speaker thanked the finance minister and briefed the House about this major achievement.
