Pakistan, Aug. 2 -- Preparations have been completed for the second phase of the 2026 Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly elections, with polling set to take place on Sunday across nine constituencies in Muzaffarabad Division and 12 Pakistan-based refugee constituencies, election officials said.

Election authorities on Saturday said polling materials, including ballot papers, ballot boxes, election records and other essential supplies, were being distributed to presiding officers under the supervision of District Returning Officers (DROs) before being transported to polling stations under strict security arrangements.
