Pakistan, June 30 -- Three people were seriously injured after an explosion outside a residential building in Monaco, prompting a cross-border manhunt as the suspected attacker fled into neighbouring France, authorities said.

The blast occurred on Monday evening near the French border, damaging the entrance of the residential property and sending emergency services rushing to the scene. Two adults and a child sustained serious injuries and were transferred to hospitals in France for treatment.
