Pakistan, Sept. 3 -- Momina Iqbal's husband Hamza Habib has challenged Saqib Chadhar's claim of winning an NCCIA case. Habib said the ordered a fresh investigation instead.

Habib shared his response on Instagram after Chadhar posted about the court proceedings. He questioned the basis of Chadhar's claim and demanded an official NCCIA notice.

According to Habib, the NCCIA issued a notice calling for the case to be investigated again. He also claimed Chadhar's lawyer withdrew the complaint from court.

Chadhar had earlier posted an Instagram story following the court proceedings. He announced that the NCCIA had ruled in his favour. He described the outcome as a victory and said justice had prevailed.
