Pakistan, Aug. 20 -- Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi ordered the removal of two senior officers after finding mismanagement at a Lahore passport office. Naqvi visited the Passport Office in Garden Town and inspected services. He found long queues and heard complaints from citizens. Several applicants said they had waited for hours without receiving service. They also complained about missing staff at several counters.
