Pakistan, June 5 -- The federal government has pledged full support to the Sindh government in its efforts to improve law and order and combat the growing threat of drugs and crime, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said during a meeting with Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon in Islamabad.
