Pakistan, July 30 -- Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said Pakistan's current administrative system has collapsed and called for the creation of new administrative units or provinces. He said major reforms are necessary to address long-standing national challenges. His remarks came during Pakistan's first Economic Summit in Islamabad.

Addressing the event, Naqvi said existing structures were unable to resolve the country's problems effectively. He stated that continued reliance on the current system would leave issues unresolved even after many years. He emphasized the need to fix fundamental governance structures.
