Pakistan, Sept. 5 -- Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has backed a "system reset" and called for reforms in Pakistan's administrative structure. He said the public should decide whether the country needs new administrative units. Speaking at the National Policy Dialogue in Lahore, Naqvi said public opinion must guide such major decisions. He also stressed that no individual or political party should block the creation of new units. He said reforms must remain within the Constitution and serve citizens.
