Pakistan, June 11 -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to meet US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the G7 summit in France, a government source said. The leaders are expected to discuss trade relations, visa policies and energy cooperation. The potential meeting comes at a sensitive time for US-India ties and affects bilateral economic and migration policy discussions.
According to the source, both sides are preparing for informal bilateral talks during the June 15-17 summit in Evian-les-Bains.
