Pakistan, July 12 -- The U.S. state of Missouri is facing a major Missouri flooding emergency after extremely heavy rainfall triggered widespread flooding across several areas. Residential neighborhoods have been submerged, thousands of people are stranded, and emergency authorities have launched large-scale rescue operations.
According to U.S. media reports, between 6 and 12 inches of rain fell across the affected regions, flooding roads, campgrounds, and numerous communities. The intense rainfall created dangerous conditions and caused water levels to rise rapidly.
