Pakistan, Sept. 7 -- The Mir Raza judicial commission has accused police of withholding important evidence during the investigation. The commission issued a notice to DIG Amir Farooqi, head of the investigation team. It also questioned police officers over missing records and investigative procedures.

The commission recorded statements from Mir Raza's friends Haitham and Raziq. It asked about their final meetings, searches of rooms and vehicles, and cryptocurrency trading. Raziq said Mir Raza told him he was paying the bill for the last time. Meanwhile, Haitham said Mir Raza had disappeared before but became more concerning after his accounts were deleted.
