Pakistan, Sept. 10 -- Serious forensic lapses have emerged in the Mir Raza case, raising concerns over evidence handling. Experts identified major mistakes from crime scene management through both post-mortem examinations. They said investigators may have missed several opportunities to preserve important evidence.
