Pakistan, July 22 -- Minister for National Food Security and Research, Rana Tanveer Hussain on Wednesday emphasized that Pakistan seeks a long-term partnership that goes beyond infrastructure development and includes technology transfer, local manufacturing, capacity building, research collaboration, and employment generation.
