Pakistan, Aug. 20 -- A former Meta safety engineer has accused CEO Mark Zuckerberg of misleading the public about child safety. Arturo Bejar made the claims during a major federal trial in California. The case involves allegations that Meta designed addictive products that harm children. Attorneys general from 29 US states brought the case in 2023. California, Colorado, Kentucky and New Jersey are leading the prosecution. The trial is taking place before US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers.
