Pakistan, Aug. 22 -- Two masked gunmen opened fire on a police station in Brussels' Anderlecht district, causing damage but no injuries. Belgian authorities have launched an investigation.

The suspects arrived at the station on Demosthenestraat around 11:30pm Friday, according to surveillance footage. One man fired multiple shots while the other recorded the attack.

At least 12 bullet holes were found in the building's facade following the shooting. The entrance and glass doors appeared to be among the main targets.

Brussels South police said officers received reports of gunfire around 11:40pm. Authorities said the impact of the shooting was clearly visible on the station.
