Pakistan, April 4 -- Maryam Nawaz Sharif has unveiled a major relief package aimed at supporting farmers across Punjab, offering financial assistance and fuel subsidies to ease rising agricultural costs.
In a statement issued on Friday, the chief minister said the initiative is designed to protect farmers' interests and ensure continued agricultural productivity amid increasing economic pressures. She emphasised that the government is committed to providing timely support to cultivators facing higher input costs due to global fuel price fluctuations.
