Pakistan, Oct. 9 -- The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab on Thursday hosted its 30th Anniversary International Conference here, bringing together ombudsmen, human rights officials and other representatives from different parts of the world to deliberate on strengthening accountability, good governance and citizens' rights.

Held at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore, the conference was themed "Role of Ombudsman Institutions in Strengthening Accountability, Governance, and Citizens' Rights."
