Pakistan, Oct. 25 -- A judicial magistrate on Saturday discharged a man accused of assaulting a petrol pump employee after the complainant reached a compromise with him. The incident occurred at a Jubilee Town filling station when the suspect went there to get a refill. As the salesman asked him not to smoke on the premises, the suspect came out of his SUV and allegedly thrashed him before fleeing the scene. The police arrested the suspect after CCTV footage of the incident went viral on social media.
