Pakistan, June 25 -- Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI(M), HJ here on Wednesday at General Headquarters (GHQ).

Upon arrival, the visiting dignitary was presented a Guard of Honour by a smartly turned-out tri-services contingent, said a news release issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security dynamics, defence cooperation and avenues for enhanced military-to-military collaboration were discussed.
