Pakistan, April 9 -- The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday ordered authorities to place the name of an overseas Pakistani woman on the passport control list and directed police to produce her along with her children before the court in a petition seeking their recovery.
Justice Muhammad Jawad Zafar passed the order while hearing a petition filed by Muhammad Waqas Noor, who alleged that his wife and children had been abducted and sought their recovery. During the hearing, SP Operations Cantonment Akhtar appeared before the court along with Deputy Prosecutor General Fakhar Abbas.
