LAHORE, May 26 -- The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday granted interim protective bail to Hamza Habib, husband of actor Momina Iqbal, in a case involving alleged threats to a ruling party lawmaker.

Hamza Habib appeared before the court along with his legal team in connection with an FIR registered in Jhang. Police had accused him of issuing life threats to PML-N Member of Provincial Assembly Saqib Chadhar.
