Pakistan, June 27 -- LESCO officer reshuffle has been approved as the power distribution company prepares a major administrative overhaul based on officials' annual performance. According to sources, LESCO Chief Executive Ramzan Butt has completed a one-year performance review, which will be used to determine transfers and new appointments.

The report states that underperforming Executive Engineers (XENs), Superintending Engineers (SEs), and Sub-Divisional Officers (SDOs) will be removed from their current positions. The appointments and transfers are expected to take place during the second week of July.

Sources also said that officers who have remained posted in high-performing divisions for several years will be transferred. As part ...
