Pakistan, June 3 -- A hospital in southern Lebanon's Tyre city is continuing to function despite severe damage caused by Israeli airstrikes nearby, highlighting resilience amid escalating conflict. The situation is significant as it underscores the impact of ongoing strikes on civilian infrastructure and healthcare services. Patients, medical staff, and displaced residents are directly affected.
According to Lebanon's health ministry, strikes near the Jabal Amel hospital killed four people and injured more than 120 others. Several medical workers, including doctors and nurses, were among the wounded. The attack also caused extensive structural damage to the facility and surrounding buildings.
