Pakistan, Aug. 29 -- The Lakki Marwat Peace Committee has assured authorities that it will follow all legal conditions. The committee submitted a written undertaking to the Regional Police Officer in Bannu. It promised not to operate as a parallel police force or illegal armed group. The committee also accepted legal accountability for any violation of the agreed conditions. Officials said the undertaking aims to ensure lawful and controlled security operations.
