The persistent smog has created severe health concerns, especially as air quality conditions continue to worsen across urban areas in the region.

Moreover, health experts have issued urgent advisories for vulnerable groups including children, elderly citizens and patients suffering from respiratory diseases. Authorities have recommended that these groups remain indoors as prolonged exposure to polluted air may significantly increase the risk of breathing complications and other health issues.
