Pakistan, Sept. 5 -- Registration for kite manufacturers and producers of kite-flying materials has opened in Lahore. The district administration began the process on Saturday ahead of Basant 2027. Authorities aim to regulate production and control the supply of approved materials.

Manufacturers must register through the dedicated Basant 2027 portal before starting production. They must also obtain a no-objection certificate from the administration. Officials will inspect manufacturing sites and monitor production under the new process.
