Pakistan, Aug. 14 -- US President Donald Trump's envoy Jared Kushner will visit Israel next week to address differences over a Gaza peace plan. The visit aims to advance negotiations and narrow disagreements.

Kushner and Nickolay Mladenov, Trump's high representative for Gaza, will also visit Egypt. They plan to hold discussions with key parties involved in mediation efforts.

The visit follows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's rejection of a 15-point proposal announced by Mladenov. The plan included Hamas transferring its weapons to a new Palestinian governing committee.
