Pakistan, Sept. 8 -- The Kremlin has said Russia remains open to restarting peace talks with Ukraine and the United States. However, Moscow said it was too early to discuss specific dates or locations. The comments came after recent visits by US envoys to Moscow and Kyiv.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov addressed the issue during a briefing on Monday. He said Russia did not rule out restoring the three-way negotiating format. Peskov also avoided giving details about when another meeting could happen.
