Pakistan, Aug. 29 -- The Provincial Cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in its 57th meeting on Friday approved a broad range of administrative, financial, and developmental decisions spanning multiple sectors.

The meeting of the provincial cabinet held with Chief Minister Mohammad Sohail Afridi in the chair was attended by provincial ministers and administrative secretaries.

Briefing the media regarding decisions taken during the cabinet meeting, the Provincial Minister for Information, Science & Technology, Shafi Jan said the Cabinet approved the establishment of a new Tehsil in Charsadda district to be named "Umarzai."
