Pakistan, Oct. 4 -- Pakistan summoned India's charge d'affaires on Saturday after two Pakistani civilians were shot dead and another wounded by Indian Border Security Force personnel near the Bedian sector in Kasur. Islamabad says Azmat Rasool and Mohsin Jutt were unarmed residents of Ladhar village who had moved only a few steps beyond a border pillar when the BSF opened fire without warning. It has demanded an investigation, action against those responsible and a formal account of what happened.
