Pakistan, April 3 -- Karachi recorded no rainfall on Friday following torrential rain the previous day, the Pakistan Meteorological Department said. The recent downpour has claimed six lives, including one overnight electrocution in Gulistan-i-Jauhar. Rescue officials reported that the fatalities occurred in separate incidents amid heavy rainfall.

On Thursday, the city administration declared an emergency as four people died from electrocution and another from a wall collapse. Vehicles were stranded on flooded roads across the metropolis, disrupting daily life. The torrential rain affected multiple areas, with Nazimabad receiving 97.4 mm, Surjani Town 67 mm, and Keamari 66 mm.Investment in Pakistan
