Pakistan, Sept. 29 -- Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab has launched an E-Kachehri (online public hearing) to provide prompt solutions to citizens' problems and hear their complaints directly. During the first E-Kachehri held on Monday, citizens from different parts of the city contacted the Mayor Karachi directly and apprised him of issues related to cleanliness, road repairs, water and sewerage, and other municipal matters.

Mayor Karachi issued immediate directives to the relevant departments and officials on the complaints received and instructed them to resolve the issues without delay so that citizens could be provided relief at the earliest.
