Pakistan, Sept. 4 -- An inquiry into a violence case in Karachi's Defence area has been completed. The report held SSP Korangi Fida Janwari responsible for administrative negligence. The incident involved violence against a brother and sister. Authorities have now recommended action against several officials.

According to sources, the report also recommended legal action against four police officials. Authorities have cancelled the case registered against the affected family. The case was placed in category B and recommended for disposal.
