Pakistan, Nov. 8 -- A grand jirga of Malakand division was held at Swat Police Training Centre on Saturday, with Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, attending as the chief guest.
