Pakistan, Oct. 8 -- Dozens of protesters gathered outside Japan's foreign ministry in Tokyo on Thursday. They protested after a US Marine was accused of killing a woman in Okinawa. Demonstrators called attention to crimes allegedly involving US service members.
The incident involves 20-year-old Lance Corporal Devin Jacob Ballard. Japanese police suspect Ballard of killing 39-year-old Anna Yagi at a hotel in Naha. Police said he allegedly took her wallet and backpack. Ballard has denied the allegations.
