Pakistan, June 30 -- Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi will begin a visit to India on Wednesday for talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The leaders will focus on expanding trade, investment, and strategic cooperation between the two countries. The visit highlights growing economic and security ties between two key Indo-Pacific partners.
Takaichi and Modi will hold the 16th India-Japan Annual Summit, where they are expected to review progress in trade, technology, infrastructure, defence, and people-to-people exchanges. The discussions will also cover regional and global issues, building on commitments made during Modi's visit to Japan last year.
