Pakistan, July 1 -- Jaafar Jackson is following in his uncle Michael Jackson's footsteps as he makes entertainment history.

The breakout actor, who portrayed the King of Pop in a new biopic, just achieved a major goal in his career as Michael officially becomes the highest-grossing in history, surpassing Elvis, Oppenheimer, Bohemian Rhapsody and more.

"Highest grossing biopic of all time," he wrote on Instagram on Sunday, June 28.

"Wow! Thank you all so much," the 29-year-old continued. "This record, this accomplishment. It was a dream goal of mine for this film and you all made it real."
