Pakistan, Sept. 2 -- The Hague Court's latest decision concerning the Indus Waters Treaty is of extraordinary importance. The Permanent Court of Arbitration has completely rejected India's position and fully upheld Pakistan's stance. The ruling marks a major victory for Pakistan and a remarkable reaffirmation of the rule of international law in the face of Indian fascism.

While directing India to uphold the Indus Waters Treaty, the Court has also accepted Pakistan's demand that India suspend work on its hydroelectric projects in occupied Kashmir.
