Pakistan, Aug. 24 -- India's Ambassador to the United States is fighting a losing battle over the Indus Waters Treaty. His arguments are hollow, unconvincing, and divorced from the facts. He should recognise that his case carries little weight when examined against the facts, sound legal reasoning, and the established principles of international law.
